Oversees end-to-end HR operations, focusing on high-volume recruitment for production roles, compliance with labor laws/safety regulations, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, managing payroll/benefits, training, and maintaining a positive work culture across multiple shifts, Coordination between head office, plants/factories & branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for shop floor, engineering, and staff roles, including onboarding new hires.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, including the Factories Act, and maintain workplace safety standards.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union/industrial relations communications.
• Performance & Training: Oversee performance appraisal systems and coordinate training programs for skilled/semi-skilled workers.
• HR Operations: Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Strategy: Develop HR policies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.

• Conducting daily HR activity reports.
• Handling employee inquiries and disputes.
• Organizing team-building activities.
